Water Main Replacement Program
DOWNLOAD FLYER

The Flint Street & Broadway Street Water Main replacement program is about to resume. In the fall of 2007, the water main was replaced in a segment of Flint Street from Washington Street east to Perry.

Beginning on April 21, 2008 (or earlier) the contractor, C&P Construction Company, will be resuming the upgrades, now into the Downtown area.

Please note that due to the proposed water main location, Broadway will most likely be closed to vehicular traffic in one-block segments during construction. There will be advance notice of street closures and traffic will be safely diverted.

The Memorial Day Parade will be held as scheduled, with an approved alternate route in the event it is required, the Lake Orion Lions Jubilee will also be held as scheduled.

If you missed the informational meeting hosted by the Village of Lake Orion, questions may be answered by calling (248) 693-8391.

If you have specific questions or concerns relating to traffic diversions, duration or business access, please call the Lake Orion Police Department (248) 693-8321.
